Is it possible to request a specific room number?

No. Unfortunately, it is not possible to book a specific room number. However, do not hesitate to contact the Hotel to let us know your preferences so that we can try to consider them.

Is there heating in my room?

Yes, every rooms are equipped with heating and air conditioning.

Is it possible to bring a guest back to my room?

For security reasons, we offer you our lounge to welcome your guests.

Are there rooms with balcony?

The Tradition Balcony and Privilege Balcony categories are the only ones with balconies.

Do you provide cot for children?

We provide our guests with baby cots (up to two years old). However, it is necessary to book at least the superior category in order to have enough space to install the baby bed.

Is there any hairdryer in the room?

All our rooms are equipped with hair dryers.

Can we get an extra bed?

We do not have extra beds in our double or single rooms. However, our triple rooms have 3 single beds and our suite has a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 children.

Do you have connecting rooms?

No, the hotel does not possess connecting rooms.

Does the hotel offer smoking rooms?

No, the Hotel has only non-smoking rooms. We remind you that our establishment is non-smoking, it is forbidden to smoke in any area of our Hotel.

Is it possible to stay at 3 people in a double room?

For obvious security reasons, we cannot host 3 people in a double room. We invite you to contact our reception to assist you in booking the right room for all members of your party.

Is it possible to get a refund for a non-cancellable, non-refundable offer?

Non-cancelable and non-refundable offers guarantee the lowest available rate at the time. In order to benefit from this offer, payment is required and is non-refundable in case of cancellation or modification.

Is the rate indicated per person or per room?

Our rates are indicated per room. However, additional services are to be paid according to the number of persons. The tourist tax is payable per person, regardless of the initial reservation.

Is breakfast included to the room rate?

Our prices do not include breakfast, unless otherwise indicated or as specified in a promotion.

Which credit cards are accepted?

All credit cards are accepted.

Are taxes included?

All taxes are included in the rate except the tourist tax, which is payable per person per day at your check-in.

What is the cancellation policy of EKTA Hotel?

Cancellation conditions differ from one reservation to another. We invite you to check the reservation confirmation or to contact our reservation department for more information.

How do I cancel or change my reservation?

Reservations made on our website can be modified or cancelled directly from the confirmation email. However, if you are not sure about the penalties for changes or cancellations, please contact us.

At what time is the check-in and check-out ?

The check-in begin at 3:00 PM and the rooms must be vacated before 11:00 AM. Nevertheless, we invite you to contact us in order to be informed of our offers for any early arrival or late departure requests.

Is it possible to arrive earlier or to extend my stay?

It is possible to arrive before your initial arrival date or to enjoy a longer stay at our hotel but upon availibity. Please call our reception in advance for more information or reservation, we will try our best to accommodate your request

Which languages are spoken at the Front Desk?

Our reception is multilingual. We speak French, English, Spanish, Italian and Arabic.

Is the hotel adapted for people with reduced mobility?

The hotel has facilities for people with reduced mobility. However, this must be specified at the time of reservation so that we can assign you appropiate rooms.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Our hotel is not equipped to host pets of any size or species.

Is there a lift in the hotel?

Yes, an elevator is at your disposal.

Is there a restaurant in the hotel?

We have a breakfast hall in the hotel. For lunch and diner we suggest you our Italian restaurant RIM CAFE.

Does the hotel have a bar?

We do not dipose of a bar however it is possible to have a drink in the hotel restaurant.

Is it possible to leave my luggage at the reception?

Our luggage storage is at your disposal upon arrival and departure.

Does the hotel have a car park?

The hotel does not have a private parking. But there are several secure parking lots in the area, including the SAEMES ODEON parking station and the INDIGO SAINT MICHEL parking station, located 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Is the WiFi provided in the hotel?

Yes, wifi access is available throughout the facility.

Is there a business center in the hotel?

All our rooms are equipped with a desk. We invite you to sit in our living room to work.

Does the hotel have a concierge service?

Our receptionists will be happy to help you book tickets for museums and entertainment. They can assist you in finding the best restaurants in the area.

Does the hotel have a babysitting service?

The hotel does not have a babysitting service.

Do you provide towels?

We provide our guests with clean towels in all our rooms.

Where can I find an adapter?

We have adapters for every countries available on request at the reception.

Where is the nearest taxi stand?

The nearest taxi standn is 100m away, on the Boulevard Saint Michel.

What are the nearest subway / train stations?

The station Saint-Michel is at less than 100m away and get you to the subway line 4 and the RER B, RER C.

The station Cluny La Sorbonne station is at 200m away and get you to the subway line 10.

Can I benefit from an airport/station shuttle?

We have several partnerships with private transportation companies. We invite you to contact our reception desk to find out more.

What is the price of a taxi from the airport?

The taxi price from CDG airport is 58€ and 32€ from Orly airport.

From the hotel to CDG airport the price is 65€ and to Orly airport 40€ (price including reservation and direct pick up at the hotel).
